Terms and conditions

Our invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
unless otherwise agreed. In the event of non-payment within the
period, default interest at the statutory interest rate shall apply by operation of law and without prior notice of default, and all our
claims shall become immediately due and payable. Furthermore, in the event of non-payment
within the period, a flat-rate compensation of 15% is due, with
a minimum of €20.00. All disputes fall under the exclusive
jurisdiction of the Courts of Hasselt.
